This notice covers this website, yodly.dev. Our products, Wylo and Sterodata, have their own privacy notices on their own sites.
Who we are
Yodly SRL, a company registered in Romania (Trade Register ROONRC.J2023001257400, CUI RO47510316), registered office at Șoseaua Chitilei nr. 23, bl. 1, sc. 1, et. 2, ap. 211, Sector 1, București, Romania, is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at contact@yodly.dev.
What this site collects
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, trackers or fonts, and has no forms. There is nothing on this site that identifies you.
The site is served through Amazon CloudFront. As with any web server, the delivery infrastructure processes technical request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for the purpose of delivering the page and protecting the service against abuse. This is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If you email us
When you write to one of our addresses we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it only to reply and to carry out any resulting business relationship — Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited), who process it as our provider. We keep business correspondence for as long as the relationship requires and for the retention periods Romanian accounting and tax law imposes on us; unsolicited enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted within two years.
Who else sees it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed on our behalf by:
- Amazon Web Services — website hosting and content delivery
- Google Ireland Limited — email (Google Workspace)
Where these providers transfer data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability. Write to contact@yodly.dev and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority where you live.
